- •1.American Society of Anaesthesiologists class â? and class â?¡
- •2.Informed consent for participation in study
- •3.Singleton pregnancy
- •4.Parturients posted for elective caesarean section
排除标准
- •1.Those unwilling to participate in study
- •2. Allergy or hypersensitivity to phenylephrine or norepinephrine or any study drug.
- •3.Height <140 cm or >180 cm
- •4.Any hypertensive disorder of pregnancy
- •5.Pre-existing cardiovascular or cerebrovascular disease
- •6.Known fetal abnormalities
- •7.Contraindications to spinal anaesthesia:
- •a.Local infection at site of injection
- •b.Any bleeding disorder
- •c.Severe hypovolaemia
- •d.Space occupying lesions of the brain
- •e.Anatomical disorder of the spine
- •f.Pre-existing liver diseases
