Objective: 1. To Clinically evaluate the effect of Ajamoda Churna in Parinamshula.
2.To Study Literature of Parinamshula.
Participants: 63 Adult diagnosed with Parinamshula meeeting inclusion and exclusion criteria from OPD and IPD of department of Kayachikista and department of shalyatantra C.S.M.S.S.Ayurved Mahavidyalaya and Rugnalaya Kanchanwadi, Chh.Sambhajinagar.
Intervensions:
68 Patients : Ajamoda churna administered with Gaughrita as Anupaan.
Outcomes: 1.Changes in symptoms of pain during diagestion (i.e BHUKTAM_JEERYTI_YAT_SHULAM).
2.Changes in accompanied symptoms of Bhuktam_JEERYTI_YAT_SHULAM in Parinamshula.
Fallow up - Two Fallow up
1st on 3rd day
2nd on 7th day
Time period- 1 week.
Data Analysis: Data will be analyzed using appropriate statistical method to compare the effectiveness of the interventions on the outcomes.
Ethical Considerations: The study will be conducted in accordance with ethical guidelines and informed consent from participants.

- •1.Patient having symptoms of parinamshula.
- •2.Age Above 20 years and Below 30 Years.
- •3.Irrespective of sex and occupations.
排除标准
- •Patient having symptoms other than Parinamshula.
- •Known patient of duodenal ulcers,Peptic Ulcer etc.
- •Age group below 20 years and above 30 years.
