入选标准
- •ASA grade l or II patients, with Mallampatti class l or II, who are fasting for at least 8 hours and having BMI of <30kg/m2, undergoing elective surgical procedure under general anaesthesia requiring PLMA insertion.
排除标准
- •Limited mouth opening <3cm
- •Pregnant women
- •Known case of COPD, Asthma or any other restrictive or obstructive respiratory pathology
- •History of gastrooesophageal reflux disorder
- •History of esophagectomy, hiatal hernia, oropharyngeal mass
- •Patients having raised Intracranial pressure
- •Obesity: BMI >= 30 kg/m2.
