入排标准
入选标准
- •1) Skeletally mature patients.
- •2) Fracture of distal femur (supracondylar femur) without intra-articular extension. As per Muller’s classification (A1, A2, A3.)
- •3) Fracture requiring operative intervention amenable to either distal femoral nailing or locking plate.
排除标准
- •1) Fractures of distal femur with intra-articular extension.
- •2) Open fractures, pathological fractures of distal femur, known metabolic bone disease, and existing deformity in the affected limb.
- •3) Individuals who have undergone previous surgery in distal femur.
