- To study the various microvascular changes seen in nailfold capillaroscopy done in patients with chronic renal disease compared to healthy volunteers without any renal disease.

This study will help us in finding out the various microvascular changesseen on nailfold capillaroscopy in patients of chronic kidney disease (stages1-5 ) with their correlation with underlying etiology and renal function testsas compared to patients without any underlying renal disease.

入选标准
- •Patients diagnosed with chronic renal disease (stage 1 -5 ) above 18 years of age irrespective of sex.
- •Control group of patients without any underlying renal disease above 18 years of age irrespective of sex.
- •Patients willing to participate.
排除标准
- •Damage to finger in recent times.
- •Chemicals which may affect the quality of investigation of the fingers .
- •Patients having any autoimmune disease .
- •Patients have any underlying systemic disease known to affect digital microcirculation.
- •Patients with infective endocarditis , other systemic diseases like cardiac / hepatic disease, psoriasis, lichen planus.

Outcome will be assessed based on MDAD criteria and association with laboratory parameters
