- •Patients of both sexes, at least 18 years of age, in early Septic shock, i.e. vasodilatory hypotension (systolic blood pressure less than 90 mmHg that has not responded to fluid requiring < 0.6 µg/kg/min norepinephrine vasopressor support

The purpose of the research study is to determine if domatinostat in combination with avelumab will be able to delay or prevent worsening of the disease in patients with advanced unresectable/metastatic Merkel Cell Carcinoma that is continuing to grow after previous anti-PD-(L)1 antibody therapy.
