- •2. good communication with Thai language, Full of conciousness
- •3. No drug abuse condition and no mental disorder
- •4. Elective Major Laparoscopic gynecological surgery in Siriraj Hospital
- •5. ASA class I-II

- •1.Emergency Major Laparoscopic gynecological surgery in Siriraj Hospital
- •2.History of malignancy
- •3. Renal disease, Liver disease and Heart disease
- •4. Allergic to Sulfa group, Nefopam hypochloride, Parecoxib and Morphine
- •5. History of seizure
