- •All patients undergoing elective lower limb orthopedic and lower abdominal surgery under spinal anaesthesia having ASA status I & II, between age group of 20 to 50 yrs., with weight of 50 to 70 kg & height of 150 ââ?¬â?? 170 cm of either sex.

- •Patients having contraindications to spinal anaesthesia & known drug allergy
