- •2.microcytic and hypochromic picture in peripheral smears

- •1.Anemia due to other causes-heamolytic,thalassemia,sickle cell disease,hypersplenism.
- •2.Infection and inflammation.
- •3.Liver and renal disease
- •4.Early pregnancy.
- •5.History of blood transfusion in present pregnancy.
- •6.History of allergy to inj.iron sucrose complex or inj.ferric carboxy maltose
