入选标准
- •1.) Patient at least 18 years old
- •2.) Traumatic injury to the BO or BP within the last 12h.
- •3.) Absence of pre-existing conditions that are a contraindication to inpatient surgical procedure under general anesthesia.
- •4.) Consent to study participation possible.
排除标准
- •1.) Concomitant fracture of the affected limb.
- •2.) Open fractures at the affected joint.
- •3.) Extensive leathering/necrosis/injury/contamination of the BO or BP requiring extended surgical intervention. (BO: elbow joint; BP: knee joint).
- •4.) Previous surgical intervention on the affected joint.
- •5.) Dementia
- •6.) Alcohol abuse
- •7.) Patient younger than 18 years
- •8.) Ineligibility as judged by the study physician.
