简要总结

Overall, the results of the study showed a significant decrease in walking speed and a significant increase in the difference in step time when insoles were applied to the non-paralyzed lower extremity. The duration of the stance phase was significantly increased and the duration of the standing phase was significantly decreased in the paralyzed lower extremity. Overall, the changes in plantar pressure, both pressuretime (pt) and peak pressure (peak p) values, were significantly increased in the lateral 3 and 6, and significantly decreased in the medial 11.
