- •Dribbling micturation, nocturia, increased frequency of urination, urgency, incomplete voiding, weak urine stream, intermittency
排除标准
- •Ca prostate,
- •Urethral stricture,
- •Bladder neck stenosis,
- •Bladder neck hypertrophy,
- •Neuropathy bladder dysfunction,
- •Impaired renal function,
- •Prostate size more than 60 gm,
- •Active urinary tract infection,
- •Haematuria secondary to renal and bladder stone, cystic kidney disease, sickle cell anemia,
- •Anaemic patient with hb below 6 gm%
