- •2)Patients scheduled for elective caesarean section

- •1)Patient refusal to participate in the study
- •2)History of allergy to any of the study drug
- •3)Multiple gestation
- •4)Patients in whom spinal anaesthesia is contraindicated (spinal abnormalities, infection at the site of injection, coagulopathies, raised intracranial tension)
