研究组 & 干预措施
Intervention1: Micro-osteoperforation: Three bicortical punctures of 2mm diameter and 5mm depth, placed 2mm apart from each other on the buccal and palatal cortex of alveolar bone at the extraction socket space of maxillary first permanent premolars bilaterally. The intervention is only given during the first visit and is followed up for a period of 3 months.
