Mechanism of psychosomatic effect of acupuncture on migraine with depression/anxiety disorders

•1. The diagnosis of migraine conforms to the diagnostic criterion of The International Classification of Headache Disorders, 2nd edition (ICHD- II) of the International Headache Society;
•2. The intensity of headache is beyond moderate, Headache Impact Test-6 (HIT-6), score=50;
•3. HAMD score=8;
•4. Aged 18 to 65 years old;
•5. Migraine prevention medications are not applied within the recent 8 weeks;
•6. Participation is voluntary with informed consent signed. Patients who conform to all the 6 above mentioned prerequisites can be included into the study.

•1. secondary headache as epilepsy, cerebrovascular disease and intracranial space-occupying lesions;
•2. Drug and alcohol abuse or drug abuse;
•3. Suicide attempts and behavior;
•4. Bipolar disorder or schizophrenia;
•5. Serious internal medical problems;
•6. dementia;
•7. Both written and oral abnormal communication;
•8. Women during pregnancy;
•9. Drug treatment for other chronic pain symptoms.
•In either item, shall be excluded.
