入排标准
入选标准
- •1) ASA I/II/III
- •2) Patient able to understand Visual Analouge Scale
排除标准
- •1) Patient not willing for procedure
- •2) Hypersensitivity to local anaesthetic drug
- •3) Patient with coagulopathy
- •4) Local infection at injection site, and local anatomical deformity
- •5) Patient with polytrauma and/or associated nerve injury
- •6) Patient with pre existing neuropathy, Disorders like seizures, Hypertension, Diabetes and other metabolic disorders, cardiac, hepatic disease, asthma, COPD
- •7) Patient with significant h/o drug or alcohol abuse, psychiatric illness
- •8) patient with history of taking alpha 2 adrenergic drug , any form of opiods
- •9) pregnant and lactating mothers
