入选标准
- •1.Neck pain patients with Scapular involvement.
- •2.NPRS greater than 3
- •3.NDI greater than 10
- •4.Neck pain duration < 38 days
- •5.Cervical region pain (symptoms isolated to neck)
- •6.Restricted cervical active Range of Motion
- •7.Reduced Cervical or thoracic segmental mobility
排除标准
- •1.Patients with serious neck pathologies (cervical myelopathy, neoplastic conditions, upper cervical ligamentous instability, vertebral artery insufficiency, inflammatory or systemic diseases)
- •2.Patients with history of Cervicogenic headache
- •Patients with Radiculopathy symptoms
- •3.Any recent Trauma to upper extremity or neck including History of Whiplash Injury
- •4.Previous surgery to neck or shoulder
- •5.Shoulder impingement or upper quadrant dysfunction
- •6.Rotator cuff pathology
- •7.Thoracolumbar fascia tightness
- •8.Shoulder pain or neck pain due to Cardio vascular pathology.
