入选标准
- •1. Define close contacts in accordance with the COVID-19 Prevention and Control Plan (Eighth Edition) issued by the Comprehensive Team of the Joint Prevention and Control Mechanism of The State Council;
- •2. Aged >= 60 years;
- •3. Did not participate in clinical studies of other drugs within 1 month before enrollment;
- •4. Voluntarily accept treatment and sign informed consent.
排除标准
- •1. Patients with covid-19;
- •2. Patients with unclear consciousness, dementia, mental illness or inability to communicate normally;
- •3. Patients with severe cardiac insufficiency (i.e. cardiac function grade IV), severe liver or kidney diseases, bronchial asthma, COPD, nervous system diseases, tumors, chest malformations or immune deficiency diseases;
- •4. Patients known to be allergic to any therapeutic drug.
