•1. Aged between 20 and 70 years old (inclusive);
•2. It meets the diagnostic criteria of hepatitis B cirrhosis;
•3. Liver and gallbladder damp-heat syndrome group: meeting the criteria of disease diagnosis and liver and gallbladder damp-heat syndrome;
•4. Liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome group: meeting the standards of disease and liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome;
•5. Hidden syndrome group: meeting the criteria of disease and hidden syndrome;
•6. Normal control group: Healthy volunteers matched with the gender and age of the case group were selected;
•7. The person or his guardian agrees to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

•1. Complicated with conjunctivitis, conjunctival hemorrhage, ocular trauma, surgical eye and other ophthalmic diseases;
•2. There are overlapping infections of hepatitis A, C, D and E, fatty liver, or other severe hepatitis;
•3. Patients with heart, lung, brain, endocrine, hematopoiesis, nerve and other systemic diseases and allergic to drugs;
•4. Patients with malignant tumor and connective tissue disease; Clearly have other important diseases;
•5. Pregnant or lactating women and allergic people;
•6. Those who have mental disorders can't cooperate;
•7. Those who participate in other clinical trials or other situations that researchers think are not suitable for enrollment.
