入选标准
- •Adult patients with established type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to the medical unit and expected to stay in the hospital for atleast 3 days.
- •Adult patients without history of Diabetes but found to have CBG >200mg/dL or HbA1C >6.5% admitted to the medical unit and expected to stay in the hospital for atleast 3 days.
排除标准
- •Age <18 years
- •Type 1 Diabetes
- •Pregnant women
- •Patients on enteral feeds
- •Patients on corticosteroids
- •Patients admitted to IMCU/ICU
- •Patients with renal dysfuction (eGFR <30ml/min/1.73sq.m)
