- •Patient diagnosed with hip osteoarthritis according to Kellgren and Lawerence scale grade 1 grade 3
- •Age criteria between 45 to 59 years Osteoarthritis of one or both hip joint s
- •Patients with reduced hip abductor According to Kendall grading grade 1 grade 4
- •Patient willing to participate and given informed voluntary consent

- •Any infective condition around hip
- •Surgeries around the hip joint
- •Co-morbidities affecting the everyday physical activity of the patient
- •Use of walking aids
