- •1. Met the diagnostic criteria of Acute Gouty Arthritis by American Society of Rheumatism
- •2. Aged 18-70 years and provided informed consent;
- •3. Acute arthritis limited <= 3 joints;
- •4. No current use of external use medications that may affecting the trial.
排除标准
- •1. Joints skin breaks, lesions, or infections;
- •2. Skin allergy history to external use of CHM;
- •3. Diseases such as cancer, mental disorders, heart failure, or hemophilia that affect results determination;
- •4. Women with pregnant;
- •5. Being treated by CHM for other diseases;
- •6. With a low compliance to the study.
