入选标准
- •Pregnant women of ASA grade II between the age of 18 to 40 years undergoing Elective caesarean section under Spinal Anaesthesia.
排除标准
- •Parturients with complications like :
- •1)risk of excessive bleeding(placenta previa, prolonged labor, abnormal presentation, multiple gestation)
- •2)pre-existing or pregnancy induced hypertension, cardiovascular disease, severe anemia, diabetes, known fetal abnormalities
- •3)contraindications for spinal anaesthesia,
- •4)known allergy to phenylephrine
- •5)maternal systolic blood pressure <100 mmhg
- •6)inability or refusal to give informed consent
