入选标准
- •Fifty patients aged 40 to 70 years with an American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status I or II, who were scheduled for arthroscopic shoulder surgery under hypotensive anesthesia.
排除标准
- •patients who underwent previous eye surgery,
- •had preexisting eye disease (such as glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, retinal detechment, cataract),
- •preoperative intraocular pressure (IOP) > 30 mmHg
- •uncontrolled hypertension,
- •history of hypersensitivity to anesthetics,
- •chronic congestive heart failure,
- •uncontrolled chronic obstructive lung disease,
- •body mass index (BMI) > 30 kg/m2
