入选标准
- •patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty
排除标准
- •1.contraindication to local anesthetic or study drugs
- •2.patients with chronic pain or chronic use of opioids (more than 2 weeks within 1-month)
- •3.local skin infection at the injection site
- •4.body mass index > 40 kg/ m2
- •5.history of renal impairment (CrCl < 30 mg/ml)
- •6. coagulopathy (platelets < 100,000/mL or INR > 1.4)
- •7. patients who are unable to assess pain score or unable to operate intravenous patient controlled analgesia (IV-PCA)
- •8. patients who have contraindications to spinal anesthesia.
