入选标准
- •1. Ages of 20 and 75
- •2. undergoing lumbar spinal fusion between 1-3 levels
- •3. no history of long-term opioid use
- •4. Patients who are ASA classification 1-3
排除标准
- •1.Ongoing infection
- •2.History of cancer
- •3.Allergic to ketorolac or analgesia
- •5.Contraindication for NSAIDs : chronic kidney disease(GFR<60 ml/min/1.73m2)
- •6.Patients who had history of GI bleeding and gastritis
- •7.Previous back surgery
- •8.Unwilling to participate in the study
