入选标准
- •American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status (ASA) 1-2
- •- Elective surgery
- •- Patients undergoing POEM (Peroral endoscopic myomectomy) surgery
- •- Patients who recieved written informed consent to participate to this study
排除标准
- •- Patients who refused to participate in the study
- •- Patients with chronic renal failure, severe cardiopulmonary compromise
- •- Patients with allergies to the drug
- •- Patients who are deemed unfit to participate in the examination by the medical staff for other reasons
- •(Pregnancy, long-term use of analgesics or sedatives, history of alcoholism or drug addiction)
- •- Patients who can not voluntarily agree
