简要总结
This study is a open, simple, randomized clinical trial enrolling 100 subjects divided equally into 2 groups. Patients fulfilling the inclusion criteria will be enrolled for study. Group A will be administered with Chitrakadi Churna in a dose of 1.5 to 12 gm in 6 divided doses and Group B will be administered with Mishyadi Churna in a dose of 1.5 to 12 gm in 6 divided doses for 7 days. The efficacy of the treatment will be evaluated on basis of various assessment criteria like Kasa severity, Shira shoola, Aruchi, Swarbheda, Shukpurna Gala Aashyata. The result will be assessed with regards to improvement recorded in clinical findings. Assessment will be done by adopting proper statistical tools. The primary outcome of trial will be to compare the effect of Chitrakadi Churna & Mishyadi Churna in the Management of Kasa in Children.

入选标准
- •1 The patients having classical symptomatology of Kasa Roga.
- •2 The patient under 16 years of age irrespective of caste, religion, sex, habits, socioeconomic status & those who fulfill the diagnosis will be selected for the study.
- •3 Children will be diagnosed on the basis of following symptoms of Kasa mentioned in classical texts, in addition to the signs and symptoms mentioned in contemporary texts.
- •Kasa severity Shira shoola Aruchi Swarbheda Shukpurna Gala Aashyata.
排除标准
- •Patients above 16 years of age.
- •Acute Patients with infection will be excluded.
- •Patient suffering from Kshtaja and Kshayaja Kasa.
- •Patient suffering with any chronic disorder as Pneumonia, COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disorder), Emphysema, Bronchiectasis.
