入选标准
- •Patients scheduled to undergo total knee arthroplasty with primary osteoarthritis
- •-Patients who voluntarily participated in this study
- •-Age: 50 to 80 years old
排除标准
- •-Patients over 80 years old
- •-History of Ipsilateral knee surgery (exept for arthroscopic menisectomy only)
- •-Continue to anticoagulant medication
- •-Preoperative coagulation disorders
- •-Previous history of deep vein thrombosis or complication of embolism or acute heart failure
- •-Peripheral neuropathy
- •-Parkinson's disease, sequelae of poliomyelitis, stroke, and other conditions that may affect postoperative outcomes
- •-High risk of surgery due to accompanying cardiopulmonary and other systemic diseases
- •-Patients who require bone grafting, bone block, or long stem augmentation due to severe distruction and deformity of the joint
- •-Patients participating in other clinical study
