- •3.Age :45 years- 65 years
- •4.Patients opting for cataract surgeries with immature cataract

- •2.IntraOcular Lens power <24D or >28D
- •3.Infective pathology
- •4.Acute intraocular trauma
- •5.Patients with poor media clarity due to corneal edema, dense cataracts,vitreous haemorrhage and asteroid hyalosis.
- •6.Pupil size less than 4mm
