简要总结
ooking at the results of the temporospatial parameter for gait condition, the walking speed and step length were lower in comfortable height toe walking compared to heel toe walking. Cadence was higher in maximum height toe walking than heel toe walking and comfortable height toe walking. Comparing the foot kinematic of heel toe walking and comfortable height toe walking, plantarflexion of the hindfoot was increased in comfortable height toe walking compared to heel toe walking in all section except the loading response phase. Forefoot planterflexion incresed in comfortable height toe walking compared to heel toe walking during the loading response phase. Hallux dorsiflexion increased in comfortable height toe walking compared to heel toe walking during the terminal stance phase in the mid stance. In the coronal plan, there was no difference between heel toe walking and comfortale height toe walking during the gait cycle. The hindfoot internal rotation of comfortable height toe walking in the transverse plane was increased from the midstance phase to the heel toe walking during the terminal stance phase. There was no difference in the abduction of the forefoot during the other gait cygle except that the initial contact was reduced. Comparing the foot kinematic of comfortale height toe walking and maximum height toe walking, the plantarflexion of the hindfoot was invreased in maximum height toe walking than in comfortable height toe walking in most gait cycle. Planterflexion of the forefoot was increased in maximum height toe walking than in comfortaable height toe walkin in the stance phase except for the loading response phase. Hallux dorsiflexion was increased in maximum height toe walking compared to comfortable height toe walking in the pre swing phase. In the coronal plane, there was no difference between comfortable height toe walking and maximum height toe walking during the gait cycle. The hindfoot internal rotation of maximum height toe walking in the traansverse plane was increased compared to that of comfortalbe height toe walking in the mid stance phase. The abduction of forefoot did not differ between comfortable height toe walking and maximum height toe walking during the gait cycle. Comparing the foot kinematic of heel toe walking and maximum height toe walking, the plantar flexion of the hindfoot was invreased in maximum height toe walking compared to heel toe walking during most gait cycle. Panterflexion of the forefoot and dorsiflexion of hallux were increased in maximum height toe walking compared to heel toe walking during most of the stance phase. In the coronal plane, there was no difference between heel toe walking and maximum height toe walking during the giat cycle. The hindfoot internal rotation of maximum height toe walking in the transverse plane was increased compared to heel toe walking in most ait cycle except for pre swing. Forefoot abduction was increased in maximum height toe walking than heel toe walking when initial contact and pre swing.
