- •ASA physical status -1,2,3
- •Adult patients of either sex age between 18-70years undergoing major elective surgery under GA who require radial artery cannulation for continuous blood pressure monitoring
排除标准
- •Positive modified Allens test
- •Signs of inflammation at puncture site
- •Coagulopathy
- •Arterial diseases-TAO, Raynauds disease
- •Previous upper extremity or shoulder surgeries
