入选标准
- •men and women \= 18 years of age,
- •\- current or within the last 24 months a final\-digit coded diagnosis according to ICD: C00\* – C97\* Malignant neoplasms
- •\- are proficient in the German language in words and in writing,
- •\- the patient must be physically and psychosocially able to participate in the care model (certificate of safety by the specialist)
排除标准
- •Absolute contraindications: acute infectious diseases, fresh wounds, fresh myocardial infarction (\< 4 weeks), unstable angina pectoris, clinically relevant heart failure (NYHA III and IV), higher\-grade valve vitias, uncontrolled cardiac arrhythmia, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, haemoglobulin \< 4\. 8 mmol/ l, platelets \< 20 Gpt/ l, fresh thrombosis/ pulmonary embolism, new severe pain symptoms
