•? Tinnitus as the first chief complaint;
•? Consistent with TCM syndrome differentiation and classification;
•? Patients aged 18-70 years (gender not restricted, including those aged 18, 70 years;
•? Sensorineural with or without hearing loss;
•? Voluntarily join in this study, willing to obey the treatment protocol and process, completed the treatment.

•? objective tinnitus;
•? Age under 8 years or over 70 years, or pregnant, lactating women;
•? Objective tinnitus such as vasogenic or myogenic;
•? Other lesions of the auditory system such as: acoustic neuroma, etc;
•? Tinnitus caused by other factors of non otogenic origin such as endocrine, blood, etc;
•? Poor general base condition, or those with combined severe diabetes mellitus, severe cardio cerebrovascular disease, hepatic and renal impairment, malignancy, as well as hematologic and other diseases;
•? Received other treatment for failure to follow medical advice during the study.
