- •Non-depressed (<8 on Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale depression subscale at baseline - HADS);
- •Fixed address in NSW;
- •Sufficient English to respond to study questions;
- •Able to provide informed consent.

- •Depressed at baseline (scoring 8 or more on the HADS depression subscale)
