•1) Subjects on antihypertensive drugs.
•2) Subjects who fulfill the diagnostic criteria. History, examination and routine investigation show no evidence of secondary causes.
•3) Essential hypertension Grade 1 and Grade 2.
•4) Subjects who are willing to take part in the study and sign the written in format consent.

•1) Subjects with history or routine investigations, which suggest any evidence of a secondary cause for the hypertension.
•2) High risk group (Grade 3).
•3) Subjects with isolated systolic hypertension.
•4) Presence of any systemic illnesses (endocrinal / cardiovascular/ locomotor/ neurological/ pyschiatry etc) that was already diagnosedor detected clinically or in routine lab investigation.
•5) Pregnant and lactating women.
