- •2. History of chronic facet joint pain of at least 3 months duration
- •3. Undergoing Facet Medial Branch Block by fluoroscope-guide
- •4. No history of local anesthesia allergy

- •1. Patients cannot understand or express themselves in Thai and unable to use the visual analogue scale score (VAS) to rate pain intensity
- •2. History of local anesthesia allergy
