入选标准
- •Diagnosis of PD, based on UK brain bank criteria for diagnosis of PD.
- •Hoehn and Yahr stage from 1 to3.
- •On stable dopaminergic drugs for at least 30 days
- •Genetically confirmed SCA-2 and SCA-12.
- •Subjects 30 and above on stable medication for at least 30 days.
排除标准
- •Features suggestive of other causes of Parkinsonism or Parkinson plus syndrome.
- •Subjects with neuropsychiatric co-morbidity
- •Subjects with hypertension or diabetes would be excluded if uncontrolled on drugs.
- •Subjects with pregnancy.
- •Subjects with any orthopedic illness (arthitis etc.)
