- •Individuals aged 20 years or over; of both sexes; covered by the Basic Health Units involved in the study; with a clinical diagnosis of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus through medical records and/or confirmation from the Family Health Strategy team; able to talk; who have a cell phone with access to a private WhatsApp account or can use a third party's account on the same application
排除标准
- •Individuals who have some cognitive impairment that influences their responses and participation in the study, and such impairment will be considered through the individual's self-report, when possible, and/or the report of a family member or guardian and/or medical records; individuals who are not available to be present in the intervention groups; pregnant women; nursing mothers; individuals who are undergoing nutritional monitoring in public or private services at the time of the study or have undergone nutritional monitoring in public or private services in the 12 months prior to the study, considering the individual's self-report and/or records of care in public services
