入选标准
- •The inclusion criteria included: (1) clinical symptoms of breathing disorder, such as snoring, and mouth breathing; (2) palatine tonsil hypertrophy classified by means of mouth examination according to the grading criteria of Brodsky; (3) adenoid hypertrophy assessed by means of flexible nasoendoscopy; (4) diagnosis of OSA with the aid of PSG examination revealing an obstructive AHI bigger then 1 event/hour, according to the criteria of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM);(5) constricted maxillary arch, high palate, unilateral or bilateral posterior crossbite, and/or some degree of mandibular retrusion; (6) children between 5 and 12 years old incomplete.
排除标准
- •Exclusion criteria included: (1) obese children (BMI bigger then 95 kg/m2); (2) genetic syndrome; (3) craniofacial anomalies; (4) systemic diseases.
