入选标准
- •1) Voluntarily agree to participate and sign in informed consent form
- •2) Age: 60-75 years
- •3) BMI(kg/m2): 18 = ~ = 30
- •4) Subject who can participate in resistant exercise
排除标准
- •1) Subject who takes dietary supplements or medicines as follows: hormone therapy, muscle enhancer, protein supplement
- •2) Subject who cannot participate in resistant exercise.
- •3) Subject who has following diseases: diabetes, liver dysfunction, renal dysfunction, thyroid dysfunction, malignant tumor, dementia, depressive disorder
- •4) Subject who participated in aerobic or resistant exercise for 6 months prior to the first visit.
- •5) Subject whose protein intake is much higher than the recommended intake of Koreans
- •7) Subject who cannot follow the dietary instruction during the intervetnion period
- •8) Subject who drinks alcohol more than 140g per week
- •9) Subject who has an allergy to the ingredients of study product.
- •10) Subject who participated in other clinical trials within 4 weeks prior to the first visit.
- •11) Any condition that would make the subject unsuitable for enrollment in this study.
