•? Diagnosed with stroke according to the criteria of Diagnostic Criteria and confirmed by CT or MRI;
•? Having cognitive impairment according to the Mini-Mental Status Examination (MMSE) screening;
•? The first onset, the course of disease is 1-6 months;
•? The age is 40-70 years old;
•? Having sufficient visual and auditory resolution capability to accept neuropsychological testing;
•? The patients should be conscious, with stable vital signs;
•? Signing the informed consent form.

•?With serious illnesses, such as heart, liver, kidney, endocrine diseases and hematopoietic system disease;
•?Combined with other mental illnesses and severe neurological diseases;
•?Patients that have severe impairment of vision, hearing and speech that hinder cognitive test;
•?Patients receiving drugs that affect the excitability of brain within 3 months;
•?Patients receiving repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation before our trial;
•?Patients participating in other clinical trials.
