入选标准
- •Willingness to participate in the study and written consent
- •Living with a spouse
- •Iranian nationality
- •Age 20 to 45 years
- •Disorder in at least one of the sperm parameters (At least 20 million sperm per milliliter of semen, 50% progressive motion And 4% of normal morphology)
- •Infertility after 12 months of intercourse without using contraceptive methods
排除标准
- •Spouse infertility
- •Autoimmune diseases and chronic diseases that are known to affect fertility, such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, hypertension
- •Alcohol, cigarette and drug addiction
- •Mental illness
- •Severe marital conflicts
- •History of radiation therapy and various cancers
- •History of previous or current genitourinary tract diseases such as varicocele
