入排标准
入选标准
- •1. Patients aged 18 - 60 years of age of either gender
- •2. ASA physical status I or II
- •3.Elective cases under general anaesthesia
- •4.Patients with unanticipated difficult airway ( mallampatti score 1 and 2 )
排除标准
- •1. Patients on beta-blockers, alpha-2 agonists or any other cardiac medications
- •2. Patients with known history of allergy to the study drugs
- •3.Pregnant and lactating patients
- •4.ASA grade III and IV
- •5.Unwilling patients
- •6.Preoperative ECG changes such as arrhythmias, bradycardia (HR <50)
- •7.Patients with anticipated difficult airway i.e. Mallampati class III & IV, mouth opening less than two finger breadth, restricted neck extension, cervical spondylosis
- •8.More than 1 attempt to intubate patients
