•Women aged 18 to 45 years. Confirmed diagnosis of endometriosis. Having undergone surgery at least 3 months earlier, when applicable. Persistent pelvic pain for at least 3 months. Presence of pelvic floor muscle hypertonicity, myofascial pain syndrome, vulvodynia and/or pudendal nerve neuropathy. Access to audiovisual resources and internet

•Women who are in menopause. Women undergoing fertility treatment or intending to start treatment within the next 3 months. Pregnant women. Women undergoing physiotherapeutic treatment or who have received physiotherapy within the last 3 months. Having sustained a lower limb fracture within the last 3 months that limits functional capacity. Cognitive disease that prevents the correct understanding of the exercises. Musculoskeletal pathology or neuropathy in the acute phase. Having had or currently having neoplastic disease. Untreated endometriosis. Acquired genital anomalies of the pelvis or pelvic floor. Women involved in litigation or financial compensation claims, or awaiting recognition of disability status. Severe mental illness, such as schizophrenia, borderline personality disorder, among others.
