- •1. Laparoscopic surgery.
- •2. Gynecological surgeries like Hysterectomy and lower section caesarean section.
- •3. Unstable hemodynamic parameters.
- •4. Post operative complications requiring mechanical ventilation.
- •5. Uncooperative patient.
