入选标准
- •1.Patients with symptomatic Apical Periodontitis prescribed for 2.Root Canal treatment within the age group of 18-60 years.
- •3.Permanent single rooted teeth with fully formed apex.
- •4.Patients should not have taken any analgesic or antibiotic drugs within the previous 7 days.
排除标准
- •1.Patients not willing to sign the informed consent.
- •2.Patients with variation in root canal morphology.
- •3.Patients with systemic diseases such as diabetes, central nervous system disorders, cardiovascular disorders, respiratory disorders, immunocompromised patients and pregnant patients.
