- •Age 20 to 70 years
- •Image quality better than 50
- •Best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) of 6/6 (myopia -6 or <-6 and hypermetropia +4or <+4)
- •No history or clinical evidence of retinal disease
排除标准
- •History or clinical evidence of retinal disease excluding peripheral retinal degeneration
- •history of DM, HTN, thyroid abnormalities
- •Previous ocular surgery
- •Previous laser photocoagulation
- •Refractive error of 6 D or more
- •Eyes with poor-quality images
- •Motion artefact
- •Blink artefact
