入选标准
- •(1) orthopedic lower limb surgery patients who need to use pneumatic tourniquet;
- •(2) clear mind and consent to participate in the researcher;
- •(3) Aged 18-69 years old, male and female.
排除标准
- •(1) patients with open fracture, severe crush injury, varicose veins and thrombosis in the affected limb;
- •(2) preoperative abnormal coagulation function or abnormal platelet count;
- •(3) patients with severe hypertension, diabetes and complications of heart, brain, kidney and other important organs.
