- •18-67 år
- •Kronisk urticaria i mere end 6 måneder (daglig frembrud af urticaria er ikke et krav, men maksimum 2 dage mellem fremkomst af urticaria-elementer)
- •Villig til at deltage i forsøget og i stand til at afgive informeret samtykke.
- •Underskrevet informeret samtykke efter skriftlig og mundtlig information
- •Utilstrækkeligt behandlet med højdosis antihistamin i minimum 3 måneder. Utilstrækkelig behandling defineres som symptomer flere gange ugentligt på trods af behandling.
- •Kvinder i den fertile alder skal anvende pålidelig præventionsmetode fx spiral eller hormonel prævention (oral, implanteret eller injiceret) under hele forsøgets forløb og 150 dage efter ophør med forsøgslægemidlet.
